School of Art Gallery • 1 September 2009
Crowned & Bound was a creative collaboration featuring custom designed experimental jewellery by students from the ANU School of Art Gold and Silversmithing Workshop combined with this seasons best Australian and New Zealand fashion from Manuka Fashion Boutique Department of the Exterior. In its third year running this special event has become a popular night for the art and design community in Canberra, this year attracting over 400 guests. The collaboration between students and industry offers the students a valuable opportunity to present their work in the public arena while inviting the audience to engage with the innovative energy at the School of Art. This inspiring showcase of high fashion and unique accessories exploded onto the runway for one night only on the first evening of Spring.
