Printmedia and Drawing
The Printmedia and Drawing Workshop provides courses and facilities for students of the visual arts to explore all aspects of printmaking and related media. Courses aim to equip students with a range of practical, critical and research skills which prepare them for careers as practising professional artists and are available at both graduate and undergraduate levels. With the expertise of its academic staff, a broad range of technical facilities, and its location close to Australia's national collecting institutions, the ANU School of Art Printmedia and Drawing Workshop provides an excellent environment for study and research. The Workshop provides excellent facilities and equipment. The printing studios are equipped with four lithography and offset presses, four relief presses, four intaglio presses and six silk-screening tables. The Workshop may also access the facilities of the Book Studio. Students are provided with personal work stations within the Workshop, including a desk, plan drawers and storage. In addition to individual work stations, the Workshop provides a number of spaces for drawing and installation. For further information. Contact: Patsy Payne. |
